Terms & Conditions

Parent Contract

Please read and sign this contract to complete enrolment. If you have any questions about the programme or activities, or wish to view our full Policies and Procedures Manual prior to signing, please contact us.

Transport

For off-site trips, transport will be provided by bus, taxi or staff car. Parents will be informed about trips. Trips are listed on our schedules. Children up to age 7 must provide a booster seat. Where provided, seatbelts must be worn.

Fees

Fees are due in full, in advance, unless prior agreement is made with the Programme Manager. Charges apply for all sessions your child is enrolled on regardless of attendance.

Information and Privacy

Privacy Act 1993: The information requested is necessary for the safe and effective operation of Legend Kids After School and Holiday Programmes. All personal information will be destroyed after the completion of your child’s time at the programme. You are welcome to review information pertaining to your child’s enrolment at any time.

Our organisation is committed to keeping children safe. If we have concerns about the safety and well-being of a child we will share information with appropriate agencies. Please see our Child Protection policy for further info.

Informed Consent

Legend Kids programmes include a variety of sports, outdoor play, adventure and water-based activities, as noted on our programme schedules. While every care is taken to ensure the safety of children at all times, parents should be aware that there are inherent risks in these activities. Please read our daily schedules and risk disclosure notices or view on our website.

I agree to accept the risks inherent in the activities provided.
I consent to my child being transported to activities by bus, taxi or staff car.

I give permission for photos taken of my children to be used on the website and for other promotional purposes.
I give permission for staff to apply sunscreen to my child during the summer months
I agree to pay fees as stipulated in the fees policy.
The Programme Supervisor has my permission to arrange for any urgent medical treatment at my cost.
I will notify the Programme Manager of any changes to enrolment information as soon as possible.
